What youll do
- Own Development Frameworks and best practices, including the Avalanche Game Development Framework/Product Lifecycle Framework.
- Partner up with Project Leaders to establish and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and effective project execution and delivery.
- Manage staffing needs across all resourcing types, ensuring the right people are available at the right time to build world-class gaming experiences
- Collaborate with Executive Producers to establish accurate project staffing needs and requirements, facilitating decision-making and resolution.
- Develop and optimize tools for efficient and effective staffing.
- Partner with Department leaders, Finance, HR, and Recruiting teams to define and publish regular KPIs on resource management.
- Establish communication channels and regular cadence of reviews for department leaders and partner teams.

- Solid grasp of business principles and experience in program/project change management methodologies.
- Capability to develop and implement strategies for optimizing development processes, improving efficiency, and driving initiatives within the organization.
- Analytical skills to bring simplicity and clarity to complex processes.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability to change.
- Effective organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
