BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions is seeking a competent individual to join our team in Sweden. As an Account Manager, you will be developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities for our specimen management portfolio. This field position involves travel and some overnight stays within the territory - Stockholm area and Northern Sweden. Main responsibilities will include:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key partners and customers
  • Act as the lead point of contact for customer account matters
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in chemistry and microbiological laboratories, as well as hospital and primary care settings
  • Proactively work on tender opportunities
  • Drive sales and product conversion within the assigned territory
  • Develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the sales and opportunity pipeline
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of BD solutions according to customer expectations
  • Support and expand BD portfolio in current customer accounts
About you:
  • Bachelor/masters degree in Biomedical/Chemistry/Microbiology, Sales, or relevant field
  • Proven sales track record ideally within a clinical/laboratory setting in Sweden.
  • Familiarity with the process of managing and securing tenders
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key collaborators at all levels of an organization and deliver tailored solutions to customer needs
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish
  • Confident usage of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
