Project managers Missile Systems

Are you one of our new Project Managers, who wants to take part in highly important Projects within our Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) and Long Range Precision Systems (LRPS) section?

Job Description

Your role as a project manager, your main task is to lead projects towards set goals within the Saab Dynamics product portfolio and product life cycle. The work includes i.a. to draw up plans, follow up on goals and other key figures and continuously update the project group and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow-up pre-studies and product development projects
• Monitor, report and achieve financial goals and other KPIs
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders

You will be part of the GBAD and LRSP section within Saab Dynamics Business Unit Missile Systems, located in Karlskoga. For this role you will have your office in Karlskoga

You are social and flexible, can quickly familiarize yourself with changes and needs. We see it as a matter of course that you want to be part of the development of both the business and your colleagues and actively participate in the exchange of experience. We also see that you have a degree from a university/college in technology or equivalent experience.

You have many years of experience in project management, development work and leadership. The role also requires very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience with PPM tools (ie Antura, Primavera, MS Project, JIRA) and/or ERP tools.
