Quality & Training Specialist - Sweden

We’re now looking for an Quality & Training Specialist for our Swedish Market for the period of 12 months to ensure the development of our Knowledge Management and Quality Assurance Practices which ensure our amazing customer experience, continues. About the job
Your tasks will include:

• Creating and Developing Training Material for all teams within the department for the Swedish market.
• Onboarding, training, continuous knowledge assessment and skill development of new and existing Team members.
• Quality Assurance within Customer Operations and Communication
• Project Management, running projects related to releases and process optimisation, ensuring everything we do is according to our Customer Quality Standard.
• Documentation, ensuring our internal knowledge base for all team members and our insights for our stakeholders related to Customer Quality & Training in Sweden are maintained and continuously developed.
• Close Collaboration with our Product and Customer Excellence Teams to ensure that tooling and process needs for all team members are addressed and regularly communicated and documented.

About you
Youre an experienced Coach and Trainer with a high quality standard in terms of communication, process implementation and project management who wants to empower and enable people to do their best work. With an analytical approach and a process driven mindset, you tackle knowledge and quality gaps and work to further increase the knowledge level as well as the quality of customer interactions and operational processes.
