What will you do

As Service Owner for our Business Application and Fixed Telephony services working within Vattenfall IT, you are end-to-end responsible for the service catering to all of your Vattenfall colleagues in all countries. You will be in frequent contact with representatives of several business areas to be able to determine the quality of the current service and to align the requirements for its future development. You will of course lead reviews of the service using continuous service improvement processes, providing a clear and aligned service roadmap and set the strategy based on business requirement and market trends to deliver a stable, secure and innovative service for all Vattenfall employees.

Some responsibilities:

• Drive service development and improvements over time in your service areas with technical experts and business representatives
• Ensure that all service models and service solutions designs are aligned to strategic architectural, governance and other corporate requirements
• Ensure efficient and transparent financial management of the service in terms of pricing, volume and charge out
• Ensure that improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted on and progress reports are regularly provided to key stakeholders
• Act as escalation gateway from and towards the business units
• Communicate and represent the service offer towards employees of Vattenfall

• 10 years of experience in IT
• 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar experience with strong customer focus
• Detailed knowledge about IT Service Management processes, various fixed telephony technologies and related knowledge of subscription models and full lifecycle management (upgrades and large scale roll-outs)
• Ability to design and deliver information and presentations to all levels of an organization
• Strong financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure
• Experience in shaping, delivering and improving service design, transition and delivery
• Fluent in written and spoken English
