Your Mission

Mercell is now hiring a System & Process Specialist who will become our in-house expert on our ERP and consolidation tool Netsuite and take lead in enhancement of all finance-related operational processes. As Mercell has recently implemented Netsuite this will be an opportunity to make a difference and influence the way the Finance & accounting department works.

Core Responsibilities

• Owner of all Finance systems (Netsuite, Cobase, travel expense tool ++)
• Superuser of our Netsuite accounting and consolidation system
• Support the Finance organisation on day-to-day activities in relation to system tasks and processes which are of system technical nature (building reports, controls etc)
• Initiate and lead process and system improvements and own Global templates and process design within Netsuite

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master within Finance, Accounting or IT
• (Ideally 2-3+ year ) experience from either a consultancy firm with focus on ERP solutions or as an ERP superuser or similar responsibilities in an accountant & finance department
• Good understanding of accounting principles & processes
• Advanced user in IT systems and experience with design and implementation of automation in finance processes.
• Excellent skills in Excel and similar tools
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages
• Experience of using Netsuite

Start date: As soon as possible / Approximately by 24.05.2024
Duration: Full time permanent role
